The Company

We are now seeking a number of experienced financial professionals who can work alongside us to further develop on what has been a hugely successful period of growth.
The Role
As a Compliance Assistant you will work closely with the Group Compliance Manager to monitor and maintain the Group’s businesses guidelines, regulatory & legislative compliance requirements.
You will have the opportunity to learn and develop in the compliance field for a wide range of financial products & services and this role would be ideal if you are looking for your first step into compliance.
Duties
As a Compliance Assistant you will be responsible for the following:
- Case monitoring & reviews for insurance, mortgage & debt management clients
- Quality monitoring against OFT & FSA objectives & requirements
- Financial promotions reviews & approvals
- Monitoring & maintenance of Training & Competence scheme records & documents
- Administer Complaints handling policy & procedures
You
You will be an organised and efficient individual who has experienced working in a fast paced and deadline driven department.
Possession of CeMAP or Cert DR would be advantageous but not essential.
As the ideal applicant you will have achieved, or are currently working towards, a full FPC qualification or equivalent.
You will be eager to develop a career in the compliance field and willing to learn new skills across a wide range of regulated & monitored financial products/services.
